This weekend is the annual Mount Equinox Hill Climb, an event run by the Vintage Sports Car Club of America. It's the longest hill climb in the world, and draws car enthusiasts from all over the country. Honestly, though, I had no idea the race was this weekend until I was driving home today and saw a bunch of vehicles on both sides of the road. But there was no way I was going to pass up this kind of photo op, so I switched to my wide-angle lens and got to it.
I was totally picturing myself cruising down the highway in this one:
I don't even want to think about how much time and elbow grease it took to get this piping so sparkling clean:
This is definitely one way to ensure good air circulation around the engine:

I know they're not the greatest pics ever, but I figured they'd at least make for a nice change of pace.
