After sorting through a lot of photos in the last few days, for tonight's post I wanted to find a group that wouldn't take me long to go through. I also wanted more of the vicarious warmth that the Kauai pics were helping provide. These shots I took in July of a whitetail deer, which I spotted grazing by the pond behind my office, met both criteria nicely:
