First up, my boss's dog Sam working that cuteness mojo to the max:
At lunchtime I went into town to check out the river where it goes past the old mill. I took some shots of the falling water, as thanks to the rain there was a far greater volume of it than usual, but what ended up catching my eye was the how the water looked just as it reached the edge of the dropoff:
When I got home this evening I spotted these flowers coming up next to my apartment:
Finally, I liked the way the afternoon light illuminated this not-quite-ready-for-prime-time daffodil:
