Ah Monday... so glad to have you over with once again.
Anyway, to start things off a photo of the bird tracks in the dusting of snow on the porch railing this morning:
These next images were all taken after I got home from work. In this first one, I liked how the yellow-orange color of the branch looked against the snow:
I thought the red sugar house was very striking against the overcast sky:
Moss mottling a tree trunk:
I took another shot of the birch trees I photographed a few weeks ago, figuring the white of the bark and the snow on top of the mountains would provide the contrast I needed to help highlight how the clouds this evening really seemed to bring out the blue side of the spectrum in the landscape:

Aren't those bird tracks the cutest things? :-) I love the bluing of the landscape. It's serene and eerie all at the same time. Kaylee's face cracks me up. I can just see the thought balloon: "where the heck is that treat you promised me?" :-D
